1. What are the different parking options available at LJLA?
We have a number of car parking options here at LJLA including Fast Track, Multi-Storey, Long Stay and Drop/Collect. For more information about each facility and pricing, visit our parking page here.
2. Do they have height restrictions?
Our undercover Multi-Storey car park is the only one with a height restriction at 1.95m.
3. Do the car parks at LJLA have a minimum or maximum stay?
Whilst we love having you with us, our maximum stay for the Long Stay car park is 3 months and an overstay will be charged £15 per day. For Multi-Storey and Drop/Collect, there is a maximum stay of 24 hours and you will be charged £20 for each 24 hours thereafter and £30 for a pay on foot rate.

4. Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes, you are able to cancel or amend your booking up to 24 hours before you’re due to park with us. However, this can only be done if you have booked a flexible option which will then allow you to change your existing booking. Enter your details on the Manage my Booking section.
5. Do I have to leave my keys when I park?
Unlike other airport car parks, you’re not required to hand in your car keys during your stay.
6. Do I have to pay if I’m picking up or dropping off?
Yes, payment is required for the Express Drop Off and Short Stay car parks. However, our Drop Off 2 point is free for up to 20 minutes and is just an 8 minutes’ walk to the terminal. For more information regarding pricing, visit our parking page here.
7. How far ahead can I book?
For those who are always thinking ahead, you’re able to book your parking space up to 2 years in advance. However, if you’re a last minute kind of person, online bookings must be made at least 4 hours before you park but we do have pay on foot rates for those who do not pre-book.
9. I’m a Blue Badge holder – where shall I park?
At LJLA we have disabled parking spaces available in all of our car parks – they’re available to use if a Blue Badge is clearly displayed in the front window. Sometimes you may want to take your Blue Badge away with you, so in this case we operate a replacement scheme. Visit the car park kiosk located opposite the terminal at the Multi-Storey car park for more information regarding a replacement Blue Badge.
10. What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro on our booking website. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer any other form of payment but you are able to pay using card or cash on site.
11. The registration I’m using is different to the one used on my booking
If your vehicle details have changed, you will be able to amend your booking if you chose a flexible option. Visit the Manage my Booking section or call 0345 319 2781 for more details.
12. Are there any extra fees or charges I need to know about?
No, we don’t add on any extra booking or card fees online.
13. Am I able to charge my electric car?
Yes, we have electric car chargers located within the Long Stay car park so you can charge your vehicle during your trip.
14. How secure is parking at LJLA?
Your car is in the safest hands - all of our car parks are Park Mark certified, have fully operation CCTV and 24 hour walking patrols.
